Fishing Festivals are as popular as ever, not only providing friendly competition for anglers but raising large sums of money for charities; this page lists all the big matches along the south Devon coast, please support them and meet up with old friends.

Summer Evenings on Brixham Breakwater.
Every Wednesday from May to September

 Brixham SAC have a match on Brixham Breakwater from 7pm to 9pm. Sign on at club room next to the RNLI boat house.

Wyvern Divisions Small Boat Championships. 

This popular boat festival will be fished as usual at Salcombe.
Saturday and Sunday September 13th & 14th 

Torbay Sea Angling Festival.

Sunday November 23rd. Fishing 9am to 3pm

In the past this has been a flounder competition in the River Teign but the lack of flounder in the river has given the club the opportunity to spread the boundaries that are likely to be Berry Head to Straight point at Exmouth. Confirmation and full details will be posted here when available.

Teignmouth Flounder Festival
 
Saturday and Sunday November 22nd and 23rd

The popular Teignmouth flounder festival that has been so popular over the past 10 years has fallen foul of the lack of flounder in the River Teign. This year as last, will not have a boat section, but the prizes for the shore are still very big. When available the full details will be published here

Torbay and Babbacombe ASA RNLI Christmas Fayre on the River Teign.

Sunday December 21st.

All prizes are Christmas goodies including a dozen Turkey dinners.
