The term "you" or “yours” refers to the user or viewer of our website. The term “As Is” refers to information which is presented without alteration or amending.

Customer Information - Terms of Sale
The following terms and conditions of sale constitute a binding agreement between Tidal Tackle and its customers which applies to all purchases of products made on the Tidal Tackle web site by “you”.

We remind customers that these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully, you may print a copy for future reference. By printing you agree not to change these Terms of Sale presented by us. All other terms and conditions including those in any order submitted by you are expressly excluded and shall have no effect.

Making a Purchase
Ordering online from Tidal Tackle is simple. All card transactions take place on a secure server and we accept all major Credit and Debit cards as well as PayPal accounts.

If you wish to purchase an item, add the required items(s) to your shopping basket and follow the various prompts and instructions displayed.

Your acceptance of these Sale Terms by clicking on the “Pay” button represents an offer of contract from you only; it is not binding until accepted by us.

Any errors or omissions in any sales literature, dispatch note, invoice or other documentation or any information issued by us from time to time shall be subject to correction without liability on our part. The responsibility is “Yours” for ensuring the accuracy of any order submitted by you, and for the giving of such information as is necessary relating to the Sale Terms and delivery, enable us to deliver the goods to the billing address notified by “You”.

We will send you an email accepting your order. Your goods will follow accompanied by a dispatch note issued to you.

We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason.

Payments are accepted on all major credit or debit cards via our secure server. All prices quoted for products are priced in pounds sterling including all taxes at current rates. Price excludes delivery to your billing address but is clearly shown before you pay. An invoice giving a description of the goods purchased and the price paid including VAT will be supplied.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will either be emailed, or notified with the remainder of the order in the case of part orders, with the option to cancel your part order if you would rather not wait.

Pricing
Retail selling prices include value added tax where applicable at the U.K. standard rate. We are constantly 'price checking' all major competitors to keep the prices low, to give you great service and value.

Refunds / Exchanges
If after receiving your goods you find that they are not suitable we will be happy to offer you a full refund or an exchange product. Returns MUST be made immediately, and be in an unused / undamaged condition. Unfortunately postage cannot be refunded.

If your goods are damaged in transit, then please contact our hotline number for advice. Please retain ALL packaging as the carrier may require this.

Guarantee
All items are subject to the manufacturers guarantee (usually 12 months)

Electronic Communications
When you visit Tidal Tackle or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

We will use the information “you” provide lawfully - in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) - and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Conduct. The information we will collect about “you” when “you” place an order includes: “Your” Name, Address, Phone number, Email address and Credit/debit card details. We will collect information about “you” to process “your” order and to provide “you” with the best possible service. “Your” e-mail address will not be passed onto other traders. “Our” shopping cart uses a "cookie" which is stored only on “your”computer and holds information from “your” current order (excluding credit card details). Returns Policy
If “you” are not totally satisfied with “your” purchase for any reason then “you” may return it to us for an exchange or refund. “You” have 7 days from receiving the product, within which “you” may return it.

The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods are unused and the packaging and the labels are not damaged.

The return postage will not be refunded and the goods are “your” responsibility until received by “us”. For returning expensive items “we” recommend that “you” use registered post, or “Recorded Delivery”.

Postal Charges

We offer a very good rate of delivery charge. In fact we believe its the cheapest on the web! We ship everything for £3 to the UK mainland and will be delivered normally by 5.30 the next day. Please note that we only ship online orders to UK mainland addresses. For delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands, shipping will cost a little more and take longer to deliver depending on location. For these and all other overseas shipping, please contact us and we'll be happy to arrange postage.

All items are sent via Royal Mail or City Link. Items will normally be delivered before 5.30pm the next day. In remote areas, this may take longer.
